The Heartbeat of Release 🥁💜 Join us for an evening of rhythm, connection, and release in a welcoming community drum circle. No experience is needed and all drums are provided. Together we’ll explore simple rhythms, connect with ourselves and each other, and use the power of drumming to let go of what no longer serves us. Inspired by the waning moon, this is a space to release, reflect, receive, and remember. Everyone is welcome.
